四、Surface & Heat Treatment(表面及热处理)
(一)Surface Treatment(表面处理)
- Common Treatment: Black hot-rolled finish (natural color of steel), sand blasting (rust removal, surface roughness adjustment), anti-rust oil coating (prevent oxidation during storage and transportation).
- Corrosion-Resistant Treatment: Pickling and passivation (for stainless steel flanges), hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, painting, which can effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance and adapt to outdoor and corrosive environments.
