Surface & Heat Treatment

  • Surface Finish: Black hot-rolled finish, sand blasting (rust removal), anti-rust oil coating, hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized, painted finish. The smooth inner wall ensures unobstructed medium flow, reduces scaling and avoids pressure loss.
  • Heat Treatment: Annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching (custom heat treatment process available to adjust the hardness, toughness and structural stability of elbows, improving their pressure resistance and service life in extreme working environments).
